April Spring Camp

This five day spring camp for special needs children will take place at Francis T. Maloney High School in Meriden, CT. The camp runs daily from 9 am – 2 pm on Monday April 8th – Friday April 12th, 2024.

The cost is $350 for the one week session. Thanks to a grant we received from The City of Meriden, we are able to offer a 50% discount for the first 25 campers to register. Please note if you register after our first 25 spots are filled, you will be charged our full camp weekly rate.

In order for your child to participate, you will have to complete our registration form, and event waiver. You may find additional details below along with links to complete each. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Please note registration and payment are due by 3/31/2024 to hold your spot. All sales are final.

Thank  you for your interest in our upcoming April Spring Camp!

As with all Social Sabby events, this camp will have a focus on fostering social skills for the campers, is designed for special needs children, and leverages support from peer mentors. We are excited to offer a variety of activities, and request that you pack a swimsuit and towel for your child each day. We do ask that if your child is experiencing any cold or flu symptoms, please keep them home in consideration of our other participants and staff.

Waiver Form

The event waiver is valid through December 31st, 2024 and will be kept in your account files to be applied to any future events your child may attend during this time. If you have already completed a waiver in 2023, we have it on file and you do not need to complete it again.

Additional details regarding our grant funding:

We have received a grant through The City of Meriden for this program, and we have 25 grant spots available. Those that register within the first 25 spots will have the email address they registered with tied to our grant coupon code (so that only those first 25 campers can use it). We have a total of 30 open spots, so the last 5 participants will be charged our full camp rate.
