Social Sabby is thrilled to partner with Choate Rosemary Hall to launch our newest inclusive recreational program! This adaptive ice-skating series is designed to provide a safe, fun, and supportive environment for children and young adults of all ability levels, including those with physical, cognitive, and emotional disabilities, to experience the joy of the ice.

What to Expect:

• 1:1 Peer Support, Adaptive Equipment, Skill Development
• World-Class Facility: Enjoy the experience at Choate’s state-of-the-art Remsen Arena in Wallingford.
• Schedule:
  • January 18th, 2026: 2pm – 3pm
  • January 25th, 2026: 2pm – 3pm
  • February 1st, 2026: 2pm – 3pm
  • February 15th, 2026: 3pm – 4pm* please note alternate start time this date

We request that you arrive at 1:45 pm to allow enough time to change. Please note there will not be a session on Sunday February 8th.

The program cost is $56, but we are offering an early bird discount of $30 for orders placed by 12/31/25. Space is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. Registration and payment are due by Sunday January 4th, 2026. Due to demand, registration cannot be held without payment. Please register using the form at the bottom of this page, and complete our participation waiver. A helmet is required for participation (a bike helmet is acceptable). Please bring your own skates if you have, sneakers are also welcomed if you plan to have your child seated in a chair on the ice and pushed by a peer mentor.
